Management Team
Chris Wibbenmeyer, MBA, FACHE, began his career in healthcare at Perry County Health System in 1996 as an ARRT radiologic technologist. In 1998, he was promoted to the Director of Radiology. In September 2009, Wibbenmeyer was promoted to Associate VP of Support Services. In this role, he managed Radiology, Human Resources, Physical Therapy, Medical Staff Credentialing and Payroll. During this time, he also earned fellow status with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Wibbenmeyer was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer in May 2016, overseeing ancillary service lines including Lab, Imaging, Therapies and Pharmacy. Wibbenmeyer is now serving as the Chief Executive Officer as of August 2021.
Wibbenmeyer earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia and a Master's in business administration from Webster University. Wibbenmeyer continues to maintain his credentials as a registered technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. He is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists and American College of Healthcare Executives.
Wibbenmeyer serves as chair of the Hospital Association Team board. He was elected to serve as Vice Chair of the Perry County Health Department and serves as an advisory board member at The Bank of Missouri. Wibbenmeyer is a member of St. Vincent De Paul Parish.
Amber Bishop began her career as a registered nurse at Perry County Memorial Hospital in 2004. She received her Associate's degree in nursing from Mineral Area College and began as staff nurse in the Medical/Surgical department. She then moved to a staff nurse in the Cardiopulmonary Rehab and Cardiology Clinic area in 2008 before becoming the nurse manager of that area in 2013. In that role, Bishop oversaw 10 cardiology clinics and the daily functions of Cardiopulmonary Rehab. She then went on to obtain her Bachelor's in nursing from Southeast Missouri University in 2015.
Bishop is a member of the Missouri Organization of Nurse Leaders and serves as a board member for the Regional Family Crisis Center.
Mike Ellis is responsible for the strategic direction, vision and improvement of the financial infrastructure of Perry County Health System. Ellis joins PCMH with over 30 years of healthcare finance experience. His experience includes developing strategic financial forecasting and planning; managing capital improvement projects, including clinical buildings; establishing and restructuring debt with lower rates; improving revenue cycle processes; implementing internal controls; analyzing Medicare cost reports; and increasing productivity and profits. Ellis has an Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
Ellis and his wife have three children and five grandchildren. He and his wife enjoy the outdoors, art and travel.
Stacey Reitzel, FACMPE, currently serves as PCMH's Associate Vice President of Physician Services. In that role, she focuses on medical staff recruiting, retention and overall operations for the hospital's many clinics and coordinating with visiting specialists in an effort to provide quality healthcare for Perry County residents. Reitzel has dedicated over 24 years of service to PCMH and has risen through the ranks, filling various jobs within the rural healthcare clinics before finally taking on her current role as Associate Vice-President of Physician Services.
Reitzel is responsible for Perryville Family Care Clinic, PFCC West, Perry County Orthopedics and Sports Medicine, Perry County Women's Care, Perryville Surgical Clinic, Perry County Physician Services, PFCC Specialties, Perry Kids, and PCMH Counseling.
Reitzel earned board-certification status in 2016 (ACMPE) and fellow status in 2018 through the American College of Medical Practice Executives (FACMPE).
She is a member of Medical Group Management Association (MGMA), both nationally and in Missouri. She has served as the Missouri ACMPE Forum Representative since September 2020, encouraging others in healthcare leadership to meet their goals in board certification.
Reitzel is married to Mike and is a mother of three.
Angie Brewer, SHRM-SCP, began her career in healthcare at Perry County Health System in 2016 as the HR Director. In 2017, the operational areas of Food/Nutrition, Safety/Security, Facilities, and Environmental Services were added to her HR Director responsibilities. In 2022, operational responsibility for the Ambulance department was added to her role as well.
Brewer earned her Bachelor's degree in Engineering from the University of MO-Rolla (now MO S&T) in 1991. While working for a global manufacturing company for 25 years, Brewer gained much experience in the areas of Operations, Quality, Security, and Human Resources. Brewer is a member of the Missouri Society for Healthcare Human Resource Association (MSHHRA) and has a professional certification in the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM-SCP).
Brewer is a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville. Brewer and her husband have three children and two grandchildren. She and her spouse enjoy camping, family time, and travel.
