At Perryville Family Care Clinic we provide medical services for patients of all ages. Our board-certified physicians, nurse practitioners and staff strive to provide high-quality health care in a pleasant and efficient manner to all patients.

Located in Medical Building A, in the lower level, across the way from the emergency room entrance of Perry County Memorial Hospital.

The clinic provides the added convenience of a telephone service called HouseCalls which places a courtesy reminder call to our patients during the evening hours the day prior to their scheduled visit.

Laboratory services are available to our patients on a walk-in basis from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

  • Saturday and Sunday: Closed.
  • Lab Hours: Monday through Friday: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Patient visits by appointment preferred. Walk-ins welcome.
