Dr. Joseph Byrne provides full-time orthopedic coverage to patients who suffer from both emergent and non-emergent orthopedic conditions. He will provide services that include sprains; fracture care; total knee, hip, and joint replacements; arthroscopic procedures; and carpal tunnel surgery, to name a few.

PCMH has made significant investments to prepare for this new service. New equipment has been ordered for use in the emergency room, as well as, the operating room. Staff have traveled to New Orleans to train with those who trained Dr. Byrne.

The clinic space includes a built-in, digital x-ray unit, casting carts and a procedure room. With Dr. Byrne's presence, PCMH is able to provide a higher level of care to patients right here at home.
