Children's Healthcare Fund

Being faced with a child with an illness or disability can create many challenges for a family. Therefore, Perry County Health System has established a Children's Healthcare Fund that will benefit children of Perry County with extensive healthcare needs who, along with their families, are under significant financial strain.  To determine the recipients of the fund, an application process has been developed and all applications must be received by June 1, 2013 to be considered.
