Chris M. Wibbenmeyer, MBA, FACHE

Vice President Operations

Chris Wibbenmeyer began his career in healthcare in 1992 at Mineral Area Regional Medical School of Radiology.  After earning his Radiography credential with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, he began working weekends and nights in the Radiology Department as a Radiologic Technologist while continuing his education at Southeast Missouri State University.  Chris then went on to earn his Bachelor’s Degree in Radiologic Sciences from the University of Missouri. 

Over the next several years, while working at PCMH, Chris achieved national certification in Computed Tomography (CT) and specialized his practice in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).  In 1998, he was promoted to the Director of Radiology and began working towards his Master’s degree.  In October of 2008, he completed his Master’s in Business Administration from Webster University.

In September 2009, Chris was promoted to Associate VP of Support Services.  In this role, he managed Radiology, Human Resources, Physical Therapy, Medical Staff Credentialing, and Payroll.  During this time he also earned Fellow Status with the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).  Chris was then promoted to Chief Operating Officer in May 2016, the position which he currently holds.

Over the past seven years, Chris has been highly involved with many critical services of the organization.  He played a key role in bringing the first 3T MRI to Southeast Missouri, right here to PCMH.  Additionally, he was instrumental in the recent addition of the 128 Slice CT Scanner.  He has worked closely with employee relations as well as employee benefits including compensation, medical care benefits, and retirement planning.  He also takes an active role in PCMH fundraising events such as the Healthcare Scholarship Classic and Children’s Healthcare Fund Skeet Shoot.  Chris continues to maintain his credentials as a Registered Technologist through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as well.  He is a member of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists, Society of Human Resources, and American College of Healthcare Executives.

Chris is active in the community as a former coach of the Perryville Stars organization and a current USAV volleyball coach.  He is married to Kimberly and is a father of two children.  He enjoys being outdoors, boating, riding motorcycles, and working at home.  Chris is a member of St. Vincent De Paul Parish.
